Born in Namibia and raised in Germany, Niels initially worked as an auditor at KPMG in South Africa after completing his studies. After working at KPMG, he moved into venture capital and private equity before joining the debt collection industry in 2015.
In his previous roles, notably as Director of Integration at Nutun, Niels led complex M&A activities, fundraising projects and strategic projects. His experience includes leading international finance teams and successfully merging competing debt collection companies.
Niels and his family are returning to Germany to be closer to their homeland.
