Today, coeo - as a technology-based service provider for customer-oriented innovative financial services - is taking another important step in its all-important digitalisation strategy with the new self-service portal in Germany.

"Our goal is to transfer the digital convenience that we as customers are familiar with from companies and platforms such as online shops, banking apps or other consumer portals to our industry - to receivables management - and to offer more than just the payment options that are common today," says Sebastian Ludwig, CEO DACH of the coeo Group "It is much more about replacing the sometimes ineffective exchange of information by letter, telephone or e-mail with a continuous, digital customer journey and making this intuitive for everyone."

However, the "human factor" remains indispensable for coeo. Especially in the case of very individual and complex questions, where modern self-services and intelligent technologies reach their limits, coeo continues to rely on interpersonal interaction and offers very "barrier-free" opportunities for direct communication with highly qualified, empathetic and socially competent service agents.

The new self-service portal is now centrally accessible at www.coeo-inkasso.de and is initially available in three languages (German, English, Turkish).
