Digital first, customer focused and on a clear growth path: this is how the coeo Group is starting the year 2021. The Dormagen-based group of companies with additional locations in Austria and the Netherlands sees itself as a pioneer in the European debt collection market and convinces with customer-centric, digital receivables management and individual, smart solutions. This claim is also reflected on the newly designed website and in the fresh design with which coeo appears. This will soon be followed by a completely newly developed service portal, which will set clear standards for the industry in terms of experience and usability.

Together with them, more than 400 employees from three countries are now looking forward to an exciting year 2021 under the sign of the coeo Group.
