As of 1 September 2022, Rody Overwater will become the new CEO of coeo in the Netherlands and Belgium. He succeeds Niels de Peuter (CEO) and Roman Berkhout (CCO), who will leave coeo as managing directors on 1 November 2022.

With his expertise, Rody Overwater is the perfect candidate to now take coeo to the next level.
Rody Overwater has been in the debt collection industry since 2010. Previously, he worked as Director Operations Benelux at Intrum. With his experience, he will now contribute to the growth of coeo in the Netherlands & Belgium. "coeo has experienced tremendous growth in recent years and I would like to continue this journey together with the team. Without compromising on quality, of course, and always with a highly professional approach. For me personally, it is also important to work in a motivating, people-oriented organisation where hard work and humour go hand in hand."
