For the third time, coeo has landed among the nominees for one of the most coveted awards in the field of UX and design with its service portal, which was redesigned in 2021. The latest award as "Special Mention" at the German Design Award rounds off a successful year for coeo.
The German Design Award is the premium prize of the German Design Council. It is one of the most prestigious awards in the design landscape across all industries. Every year, extraordinary submissions in product design, communication design and architecture are honoured.
On its homepage, the German Design Council praises the new coeo service portal as "flexible, transparent and with immediate feedback after successful payment." It goes on to say: "The portal offers direct access to the payment stage, a self-explanatory payment process and transparent insight into the current status of the claim. The state-of-the-art portal ensures intuitive use with a clear design, simple language and unambiguous dialogue structure."
The "Special Mention" award of the German Design Award is given for remarkable design achievements that were able to convince with a special approach.
