This year, the finance and insurance industry will meet at the DKM Forum hybrid in Dortmund's Westfalenhallen at the end of October. The innovative concept of presence elements and digital touchpoints will take place for the first time in this form. DKM itself will take place for the 25th time in 2021.
This year, coeo will also be there and will present itself to the industry with its own stand in Hall 4 (Stand A03) as well as an interesting new product for insurers. With 'SmartRegress ', insurers can now secure real support in the examination and enforcement of recourse claims and enable their own processing to focus even better on the policyholder and his concerns, in addition to saving time and money, which should not be underestimated.
Every year, DKM welcomes over 17,000 participants from the finance and insurance industry to the Dortmund Trade Fair Centre. The concept for the attendance section from 27 to 28 October 2021 has been adapted to the general conditions with a maximum permissible number of visitors of 3,500. The presence part will be supplemented by the digital platform DKM365.
